This is a new role to add to our existing sales team here in RecruitNI.
This is purely a telesales role and the applicant will be contacting prospective new customers by phone and selling our suite of online recruitment advertising services.
The role will be sourcing and prospecting leads and be responsible for the end to end sales process.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can learn quickly with enthusiasm, and the proven ability to deliver and exceed targets.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in B2B sales (ideally advertising or recruitment) with a good standard of education.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, building a sales pipeline, negotiating and closing a high volume of sales deals.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to account managed short cycle deals.
In particular we are looking for those who are target-driven and results orientated.
This is initially a contract position with a view to a more permanent arrangement for the right candidate(s).
