A fantastic opportunity has become available to work with a local SME technology company with a passion for innovation. The business supplies a forward-thinking product to the service industry and has experienced significant growth in the last 3 years. With the business going from strength to strength, the client is keen to gain a new employee who shares a passion for the latest technology and customer service.
The role will consist of liaising with customer and assisting with technical customer service enquiries. Full training will be provided, but an interest in technology will maximise the chances of success within this position. The role will incorporate utilising Microsoft Office suite and providing fantastic support over the phone.
The right person for this role will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience within an office setting. IT literacy is essential with a relevant degree advantageous but not essential.
This role offers excellent remuneration and scope to progression within the company. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9-5.
