***Construction Health & Safety Manager based in Co. Tyrone & Co. Antrim - Senior Management Position***

Due to the opening of a senior management position, the company now requires a Health & Safety Manager to take the lead within the SHEQ department in Co. Antrim & Tyrone.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will be responsible for the complete management of the SHEQ department, developing and implementing SHEQ systems throughout the group as well as the development and agreeing of all company SHEQ strategies based between the offices in Co. Antrim & Tyrone. You will actively promote ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 legislation within each project alongside monitoring, evaluating and reviewing existing, new and upcoming Health and Safety legislation, ensuring the company has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance. As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing the company risks of Safety, Quality and Environmental and developing strategies to manage these risks.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Health & Safety Manager, you will have previous experience working in a similar role within a construction environment. You'll demonstrate a working knowledge of SHEQ standards & audit procedures with a sound understanding of implementing integrated ISOs (14001, 45001 & 9001) throughout a live project. It is essential that you are professionally qualified to NEBOSH level or hold a relevant BSc Degree. As the role is at a managerial level, you will be comfortable & confident leading & overseeing all health & safety within the company.
