Your new role
As the new HR Operations Team Leader you will report into the organisation's HR Operations Manager and will support them as they seek to deliver an exceptional HR shared Service. In this HR job you will be heavily involved in redesigning and implementing new transactional HR policies and procedures. Moreover, you will also be involved in meeting tight deadlines and supporting engagements policies.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate you will have 3-5 years experience working in an operational HR position. You will also have access to a car. Being CIPD qualified is essential for this position.
