Hays HR is excited to be representing a global professional services organisation, as they look to recruit a new Recruitment Administrator to join their Belfast HR team. This is a new Recruitment Administrator job within the organisation as they embark on a period of impressive growth!
This is a 6 month assignment which will give you fantastic experience within a fast paced, global environment.
Your new role
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for providing support across the full recruitment process, across a wide variety of vacancies. You will also be involved in promoting the employer brand throughout the market, attracting top talent to the organisation. You will work across different job boards and recruitment sites, to advertise vacancies and create talent pipelines for the business. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide a first class recruitment service to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
3rd level qualification or degree in relevant discipline
1 year's experience within a similar role, with exposure to recruitment
Strong administrative experience
Significant experience across different IT systems
