Assistant Manager (Fast Food)
40 Hours a week – Must be flexible regarding hours as evening and weekend work is required
A passionate hands-on Deputy Manager with 2-3 years required for a successful and established fast food outlet in Magherafelt. The ideal candidate should have 2/3 years’ experience within a fast-moving hot food environment and possess a 'can do' attitude, a strong team ethos and a passion for quality food and service.
Main duties will include:
· Organising and ordering of stock and equipment
· Assist Manager in daily running of a busy shop
· Oversee and manage a small team of staff including recruitment and training
· Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to
· Ensure excellent customer service at all times
· Handle any issues or complaints
· Food preparation and cooking to order
· Quality control
The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality with experience of delivering first class customer service in a limited time frame. The role would suit someone with who thrives in a busy environment – a multi tasker that has high levels of attention to detail and can keep the team motivated and on track.
· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience in the fast food sector
· Level 2 Award in Food Hygiene and Safety
· People management experience
