We are recruiting the very brightest graduates from all disciplines to join our Metaswitch Academy and learn the skills required to kickstart a successful career in support engineering. Our new Centre of Excellence in central Belfast opened on 3 January 2017 with 15 graduates from the first Metaswitch Academy – this is your opportunity to join them as we build a world-class team in Belfast.

The Metaswitch Academy, supported by the Department for the Economy, is a nine week training programme. Successful participants will gain the skills, knowledge and experience required to work with cutting-edge communications technology deployed by carriers worldwide.
Graduates must hold at least a 2:2 in any degree discipline – experience is not required. The selection process will include online aptitude tests, and an interview. Training for successful applicants will take place in Greater Belfast starting in March 2017.
Participants will be paid a £150 training allowance per week and travel expenses.
The application process opens on Monday 16 January 2017 with a closing date of 12 noon on Friday 10 February 2017. Interviews will take place week commencing Monday 20 February 2017.
