A Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with a reputation in delivering quality design and build projects for a wide client base both locally and throughout the UK. Due to ongoing projects within healthcare and industrial sectors they have a requirement for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Your new role
You will be responsible to ensure that each contract is run efficiently and profitably, in line with client expectations. This will involve the day-to-day management of design and build projects with direct responsibility for contract delivery planning, programming of works, carrying out site meetings, procurement of labour and materials, and project handover.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable leadership qualities and supervisory/management experience in delivering large mechanical installations. Ideally, you will have an HNC or Higher Qualification (degree) in Building Services and/or a mechanical trades qualification. UK travel will be required once travel restrictions are lifted, typically 1-2 nights per week.
