Grafton HR is delighted to be representing a global BPO based in Derry, presently seeking an HR Officer to join the business on a contract basis to cover a period of maternity.
This is an exciting developmental opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator / Assistant, looking to make the jump to HR Officer level, in a highly commercial, fast paced environment.
As HR Officer, you will report into the HR Manager, providing a strong HR generalist service to the business, including recruitment and selection, performance and development reviews, production of KPIs, disciplinary and grievance and administration when required.
Supporting Managers throughout the business, you will advise on best HR practice, ensuring management is aware of any new employment legislation changes or HR developments.
Supporting a large workforce, the HR Officer will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information, as well as maintain strong working relationships with internal / external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- CIPD qualified - obtained or working towards
- Knowledge of NI employment legislation
- 2 years experience at HR Administrator / HR Assistant level, with extensive experience of employee relations
- Ideally, you will come from fast paced environment
