Apple Recruitment are seeking 2x Band 6 Procurement Managers for our Public sector client who have various departments.
One post is in Antrim Area Hospital, the other is in Gransha Site, L/Derry.
The Procurement Manager will support the Senior Procurement Manager in providing a cost effective service in respect of the provision of a comprehensive procurement service to a range of Organisations in the public Sector.
•Candidates must hold a University Degree (management or business) or relevant Professional Qualification, such as full membership of CIPS or CILT
and at least two years’ relevant experience in
Procurement and Contracting
• In the absence of a University Degree (management or business) or relevant Professional Qualification Candidates must have five years’ relevant* experience in Procurement and Contracting, two of which must include the management or supervision of staff.
• Candidates must hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
£13.45, 37.5 hours per week and for a duration of 6 months initially.
