Office Manager/Accounts Administrator
£18,000 - £20,000 PA
37.5 hours per week - 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (Flexible)
A fantastic opportunity to work for a passionate, innovative company based in Draperstown with a fantastic company culture. Our client is an international organisation and has over 70 branches throughout the UK. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Office Manager/Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for scheduling work for technicians and construction teams, inputting purchase orders, purchase ledger, sales ledger, invoicing via SAGE.
You will also be responsible for other administration duties such as updating and maintaining database, completing weekly reports for management, word processing, data entry, filing and faxing and any other adhoc admin duties
- GCSE English and Maths
- Excellent accounts experience and working knowledge of Sage/Sage accredited
- You will be competent in dealing with new claim notifications and managing jobs
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous insurance claims management would be beneficial but not necessary
