The successful HR Generalist will be as happy talking HR strategy as managing the end to end HR operations.
You will be reporting to a forward thinking and innovative Managing Director who gets HR and the value it can add. Deciding on the vision for HR and yearly goals, you will be given full autonomy to drive the HR agenda, working collaboratively with department heads on appraisals, retention and talent development strategies, employee engagement and of course, supporting them through their employee relations issues as necessary.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spread your wings and gain more exposure to HR projects, as well as the day to day transactional HR.
The successful candidate
- 5+ experience in HR
- Degree educated or CIPD level 5
- previous experience of manufacturing, logistics or similar environment
- Self starter
- IT literate
