Reporting to the Product Manager, you will have responsibility for all customer quality concerns and be a key player in establishing and maintaining relationships on key accounts. You will coordinate teams, resolving quality issues, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Working closely with our Sales team, you will act as a technical advisor for negotiations and fulfilment of warranty contracts.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a product development/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA etc.
The role will involve occasional foreign travel and all successful candidates must undergo a medical examination, which includes a drugs test. The closing date is Friday 27th January 2017.
