Service Desk Administrator
Honeycomb is delighted with the opportunity to work with one of Northern Ireland's most recognised built environment companies for the role of Service Desk Administrator.
The Client is one of Northern Ireland's most recognised built environment companies. the client is located in Greater Belfast and has recently expanded. The expansion has now opened up the opportunity for the role of Service Desk Administrator.
In the role you will be responsible for organising a team of engineers, booking any installation or maintenance, prioritising jobs and sending the relevant engineers within set SLAs. You will be following jobs through until complete, writing up reports, logging all activity, taking calls and taking customer queries.
The right person will be extremely organised, prioritising their workload effectively. You will be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, being decisive and adaptable. You will need to have 1 years service desk experience, with a knowledge of SLAs and past experience managing engineers workload. You will be IT proficient and experience in creating purchase orders is preferable.
