The Client is an award-winning Building and Civil Engineering Contractor who operates across the UK and Ireland. The Company has continued to expand due to its success and therefore needs Procurement Administrator. You will be in the company's head office within greater Belfast.
In the role you will be working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining a database of materials and pricing, maintaining relationships with the clients and contractors, contract management, finance management, writing up reports, negotiating, supplier visits and preparing tenders.
The right person for this role needs to be flexible with their time, ability to work at a fast-pace and work within a team. You should have good IT skills, good at problem solving, great negotiating skills, able to follow instruction and have good analytical skills. You need to have at least 3 year's experience in Procurement Administration and have a minimum of C grade at GCSE level.
