Coral Environmental is a leading independent environmental consultancy. Our team comprises environmental consultants and technicians working throughout the UK and Ireland from our offices in Belfast and Dublin. 

We currently have an opening for a Contract / Sales Manager based in Belfast. The position offers a competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Account management and contract negotiation 
• Address customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtain customer feedbacks proactively
• Meeting regular sales targets and budgets 
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Co-ordinating sales projects including business development
• Preparing and completing bid / tender requests
• Provide support and advice to field staff
• Analysing costs and sales and maintaining profit margins 
• Preparing reports for management team 
• Quality Control of workflow processes and services
• Making sales presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• To participate and liaise effectively with other members of the Coral team 
• Promotion of positive communication amongst staff and encouraging a solutions-based culture 
• To assist the management team with recruitment and retention of staff including training and performance reviews
• Managing multiple business client relationships

Essential Criteria

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Water Treatment / Hygiene environment
• Clean driver’s license
• Exceptionally well organised, working well under pressure
• The ability to manage and develop client relationships
• High level of IT skills and strong analytical skills
• Experience of writing and maintaining documentation such as working procedures and risk assessments
• Experience of improving workplace organisation and methods
