A market leading utilities company is seeking a professional Customer Service Consultant for the planning aspect of the business. The company focuses on both employee and customer satisfaction, therefore providing a friendly, comfortable working environment is at the forefront of the clients objectives. The client provides a transport service to the office, free on site parking, shower facilities and a state of the art canteen.
The role of Customer Service Consultant is responsible for interacting with customers and ensuring positive relationships are formed. By providing an excellent service and expert product knowledge, your work will aid the already fantastic reputation the company possesses. The hours of work are 8:30-5, Monday-Thursday and 8:30-4 on Friday.
The right person for this role will possess 5 GCSEs and previous customer service experience. Communication is key to success, therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential for this role.
The rate of pay for this position is £7.20 per hour, standard office hours. This is a 6 month contract position with a strong view to permanency.
