Your new role
Key day to day duties will include; dealing with telephone enquiries from the public, resolving in an informative and timely manner. Acknowledging and recording customer complaints, processing orders, and assisting in various administrative duties. Please be advised shift patterns will be in place.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 GCSE''s at Grade C or above including English and Maths, or alternatively be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post. They must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer services role, dealing with internal and external customers as well as having experience of using MS Office packages including Word and Excel.
