My client, a leading FMCG business require a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the city centre.
· Ensure all customers receive excellent service
· Build and maintain great relationships with customers
· Deal with customer queries and complaints
· To work with other departments such as finance and marketing
· Meet KPI’s, SLA’s and targets set
· Receiving and processing sales orders
· Adhering to all policies and procedures in the company
· 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent
· 12 months+ experience in a contact centre role
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent English- both written and verbal
