This is an exciting opportunity to join and help grow a fast growing team with an excellent reputation.. This is a new team which is being formed to lead the delivery of a key growth area within the firm. The role will be based in the Belfast and focused on delivering payroll client services. You will need to manage stakeholders and build positive relationships across the firm to ensure the new service is delivered on time and to budget. There will be some travel within the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career with a continually growing business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good understanding of payroll compliance including AE, RTI, Apprenticeship Levy and be familiar with payroll software. You will have good IT skills including experience of working with excel documents and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have experience of managing a team and multiple large client payroll processing. Ideally you will have a Payroll qualification (CIPP).
